What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
My favorite form of exercise is walking. It’s something I do often throughout the day, even in heels. 😊
When I’m on campus, I walk from my car to my office to class. While teaching I stay on my feet and move.
I run my coaching business from home and spend lots of time at the computer. I take at least 2 walks to break up my day. It’s important that I get up and move because, as they say, sedentary is the new smoking.
