Do you play in your daily life? What says “playtime” to you?
For me, play looks different depending on the day and who I’m with.
You may find me being silly, dancing through the aisles of the grocery store, jumping on the trampoline with my baby boy or talking crap while playing UNO with my firstborn.
And sometimes play is watching comedies with my husband and laughing uncontrollably.
