I use multiple screens throughout the day.
When working from home, I am on the computer quite a bit. So, I take lots of breaks. After eating a meal/snack, I take a walk. This gives me about 15-20 minutes away from the screen a few times a day, not to mention I move my body and get sun on my face. I have also positioned my computer desk so I face the window. This has encouraged me to look up more often.
Between reading & responding to email, scrolling social media, and checking in with clients, I am on my phone a lot as well. I use the Do Not Disturb feature when I drive and during work hours.
Additionally, DND turns on every evening around 8:30p and turn off at 7a. I do not sleep with my phone in my bedroom. This keeps me from checking it if I wake up in the middle of the night and when I wake up first thing in the morning. I don’t even look at the clock if I wake up. This sister needs her sleep!!
