Describe a family member.

My mother was a woman with a smile that could bring home a lost ship.

She was a hardworking lady who pinched a penny so hard it could make Lincoln poop. Yet, when someone was in need she gave freely.

My mom had quite the serious side. She didn’t take no mess! I tried not to cross her. She was also so silly at times. This trait seemed to grow as she aged – grandchildren will do that.

My mother NEVER missed a birthday, anniversary, or holiday. Her cards were received by hundreds of people every year with her signature cursive handwriting.

She passed away last year. I miss her dearly. ♥️
